Water Aerobics Routine

Water exercise can be a low impact, fun, and enjoyable way to add some activity to your weight loss journey. The following is a nice routine, that is mid level, with illustrations to guide you thru a decent workout in waist deep water. Before starting this or any exercise, do a five minute warm up, as stated below. This can be any type of stretching and moving for 5 minutes. Same with cool down at the end of the routine .
